Wolfgang Gründinger is a climate advocate and the Chief Evangelist at Enpal, a clean-energy startup dedicated to achieving a society free of fossil fuel through the advancement of renewable energy technology. Enpal creates energy autonomy by connecting over 300,000 decentralized resources, such as solar systems and heat pumps, into Germany’s largest virtual power plant, increasing renewable production while creating career pathways for migrant workers from more than 60 nations. By reframing renewables as a tool for affordability and independence, Wolfgang coordinates unlikely alliances across the ideological spectrum to prove that clean energy is a practical shared interest.
