Ana Majko is a child protection and social inclusion leader and the Executive Director of the Initiative for Social Change ARSIS, an Albanian organization dedicated to advancing the rights, protection, and social inclusion of children, young people, and families in vulnerable situations. Ana has led the development of services for children at high risk, including emergency protection, family-based care, case management, and programs aimed at preventing family separation and promoting sustainable reintegration. She has also managed emergency shelter and crisis support to children at high risk of violence, abuse, exploitation, and neglect.
