Kimberly McArthur is the co-CEOof the Better Politics Foundation, a global launchpad for leadership innovation dedicated to renewing democratic systems and rebuilding trust. Kimberly champions mental well-being as a critical lever for systemic change, drawing from her background in law and psychology to support leaders in high-pressure environments. Kimberly designed and led "Mere Mortals," the first global study on politicians' mental health, which revealed that 41% of leaders experience low well-being. She also co-developed the "Safety in Office" program with Stanford Medicine, which provides mental health training to women public officials. Kimberly works to transform parliaments into healthy workplaces, ensuring that government leaders have the resilience to deliver better outcomes for the communities they serve.
