Kelly Gordon is the co-founder of With Not For, a social enterprise dedicated to reshaping the representation of Disabled people within the media and corporate sectors. Drawing from her lived experience as a wheelchair user, Kelly pushes global organizations to move beyond traditional inclusion models toward systemic change that prioritizes Disabled leadership. With Not For also operates as the connective tissue between creative industries and the Disabled community through industry training on interaction and bias, accessibility auditing, and, additionally, commits to delivering 50% of total revenue directly back into the community through paid professional opportunities. Building on her early success advocating for accessibility improvements at her own secondary school, Kelly now personally coordinates a growing network of Disabled talent to lead major advertising campaigns and provides direct community support by hosting local meal programs for over 80 low-income residents, aiming to replicate annually.
