Caroline Weimann is the founder and co-managing director of JoinPolitics, a nonprofit that supports talented innovators to address major societal challenges through civic leadership. Drawing on her extensive background with the European Commission, German ministries, and social entrepreneurs in East Africa. Caroline connects formal institutions directly with local, community-led change. JoinPolitics runs nonpartisan training programs, offers mentorship, and builds community for a new generation of policy innovators committed to exchanging ideas across difference and developing new solutions that meet constituents’ needs, with the ultimate goal of strengthening democratic resilience. Through her leadership, the organization has already trained over 50 changemakers to implement significant policy reforms and revitalize local community engagement.
