Jordan Eustache is a civil servant specializing in territorial governance, decentralization, and public sector transformation. Inspired by his roots in Martinique, Jordan works at the intersection of democratic renewal, decentralization and public sector transformation, helping national and territorial institutions work more effectively together.. Through strategic policy design and intergovernmental coordination, Jordan brings Martinican issues to the national level. Jordan has served both at the highest levels of the French government, advising the Minister for Territorial Planning and Decentralization, and within local government as Director General of the Collectivité Territoriale de Martinique, where he led an administration of more than 4,400 public servants through a program of organizational transformation. Jordan coordinated the Fort-de-France Call, a mobilization of leaders from five overseas territories designed to promote a renewed relationship between France and its overseas territories based on mutual trust, shared responsibility, and recognition.
