Oksana Ihnatenko is the Managing Director of the Center for Financial Integrity (CFI), a think tank that works to strengthen the resilience of Ukraine’s national financial system with an eye towards reconstruction. CFI works with government regulators and the private sector through multi-stakeholder task forces, evidence-based research , and capacity-building programs that empower journalists and civil society to act as a second line of defense against financial crime. Oksana is also a researcher at the Centre for Finance and Security at the Royal United Services Institute. Oksana has combined her technical expertise with grassroots action to educate more than 450 young people across Ukraine, helping to build a network of young leaders eager to drive positive change and reforms in the country. In an effort to ensure that Ukraine's recovery is anchored in transparency and public trust, she coordinated a task force of over 50 international experts to build public-private partnerships in combating financial crime.
