Dominika Lasota is the co-founder of the WSCHÓD Initiative, a national youth movement in Poland that bridges climate action, social causes, and economic equity. Building on her leadership within the global Fridays For Future movement, Dominika coordinates issue-focused campaigns that provide Gen Z and Millennials with practical tools needed to advocate for their communities and participate effectively in the democratic process. Through WSCHÓD, she has mobilized youth and trained more than 400 activists through skill-sharing initiatives. Dominika is a dynamic movement-builder who has brought together thousands of young voters to drive historic democratic shifts in Poland through innovative, viral campaigning. She directed Poland’s viral electoral movement, “We’ve been silent already,” which achieved a digital reach of 110 million and drove unprecedented civic participation and voter turnout among young people.
