Nina Brkuljan is a strategic adviser at the European Parliament working at the intersection of digital and technology policy, transatlantic cooperation, and European competitiveness. Inspired by her childhood in Montenegro, where she witnessed how international institutional cooperation is essential for stability and progress. Nina has focused her career on strengthening collaboration between policymakers, regulators, and technology experts across Europe and the US. A recipient of the U.S. Department of Commerce Bronze Medal, Nina has worked extensively on transatlantic digital cooperation, including initiatives related to health data, interoperability, and international standards.
