Linh Ha is the co-founder and former chief executive officer of Outsider, an experiential online-to-offline work simulation platform used as an internship screening tool for youth who thrive through hands-on trial and error.. Linh scaled Outsider to 50,000 active students and helped 6,500 students secure vital internships through 90 university partnerships., Building on this student ecosystem, Linh founded Homerun, to provide university satellite housing for 2,400 students across Hanoi. Driven by her own struggle within traditional classrooms, Linh finds hidden brilliance in those who learn best through the messiness of trial and error. Linh ensures students from under resourced backgrounds gain agency by giving youth the ultimate foundation: a safe place to live and a direct path to employment.
