He now aims to scale inclusive AI literacy and governance frameworks to help frontline communities navigate rapid digital shifts. Previously, he directed a national financial literacy program that improved the economic well-being of 70,000 marginalized youth with Citi Foundation. Chandra believes technology should protect human dignity, not deepen inequality. His work focuses on turning complex tech policy into practical, community-rooted solutions across both developed and emerging economies.
