Mengjiao Xu is a brand director of TingYuZhe at LLVISION, a technology company creating smart wearable tech for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. She led the launch of the TingYuZhe augmented reality subtitle glasses for over 20,000 users and established an ambassador program to train 30 youth as co-designers of this initiative. Beyond technology, she founded the X-90dB Deaf Hip-Hop Crew, which has delivered 50 public performances to challenge societal assumptions about hearing impaired individuals and earned over 1.6 million likes on social media. Her work builds a scalable framework for inclusive design and cultivates an ecosystem empowering marginalized communities to drive innovation.
