Vojislav Arsić is the executive director of Center E8, a Belgrade-based youth organization founded in 2004. Center E8 educates and engages young men about gender equality, violence prevention, particularly gender-based violence, and the promotion of healthy lives. He is also a co-founder of the Be a Man program, which helps young men to create a new image of the “Balkan man” through the promotion of gender equality and nonviolence. More recently, Vojkan established Spotlight Theater, an independent theater centered on community problem-solving, and developed the internet platform ZOOMER to engage young people in civic action. He is passionate about using creativity and the arts for social change.
