Egzon Gashi is the CEO at Teach for Kosova, a teaching and leadership development fellowship inspired by the global Teach For All organization. Its mission is to recruit Kosovo's most promising youth and develop them as teachers and leaders, with the goal of providing a quality education to all of Kosovo’s children. Egzon believes that every child has the right to a quality and holistic education, regardless of ethnicity or social class, and is passionate about building a fair and inclusive education system in Kosovo.
