Rachael Crook is the co-founder and CEO of Lifted, a company on a mission to solve the social care crisis by revolutionizing home care. Rachael and her team help people by utilizing an innovative digital platform that allows families transparency of their loved one's care and improves participation among professional caregivers. Grounded in the belief that caregivers do the most important job in the world, Lifted also provides extensive training and support to improve working conditions for its care team. Today, the company supports 50,000 families living with dementia. Rachael is passionate about tackling domestic abuse and is an Independent Board Committee member of Refuge, the leading charity committed to ending domestic abuse in the UK.
