Jessica Espinoza Trujano is the CEO of the 2X Collaborative, a leading industry body for gender-lens investing, a form of impact-investing that aims to earn financial returns while also addressing gender disparities. The 2X Collective serves investors making their first gender-focused investment, as well as those at the frontier of the field. She is also the chair of the 2X Challenge, a global initiative that has mobilized over $15 billion of gender-lens investments since its launch at the G7 Summit in 2018. Jessica is determined to move the needle on investments in women’s economic empowerment and bring this kind of investing into the financial mainstream in Europe and beyond.
