She has improved healthcare access for over 1,500 families across five states, utilizing a hybrid model that covers urgent medical bills while enrolling vulnerable households in long-term health insurance. Her vision is to reach 10,000 patients by 2030, transforming reactive crisis response into a framework of proactive health security. Isimeme currently serves as Head of Sourcing West & Southern Africa at Ericsson, overseeing operations across 26 countries and leading procurement strategies that have supported the rollout of 5G networks in Morocco, Tanzania, and Madagascar.
