Bakadi Patient Beya is the founder and chief executive officer of Kuishi Smart, a nonprofit that uses an AI-supported digital health platform, mobile clinics, and community education to prevent and manage non-communicable diseases. As a public health leader and social entrepreneur, Bakadi has worked with more than 5,000 participants in helping improve their nutrition knowledge by 40 percent and increasing early detection of chronic diseases by 25 percent across the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda. He connects high-level policymakers and frontline medical practitioners to patients through personalized, culturally relevant, AI-powered tools, focusing on making healthcare systems listen better and stay grounded in the needs of the people they are meant to serve.
