Sanjeev Parameswaran is a former senior consultant at AT&T applying his skills in AI and corporate strategy to build solutions that address economic inequities. He serves as a board member for Green Careers Texas, an organization that trains formerly incarcerated individuals in solar panel installation in a solar-powered microgrid training facility. His leadership enabled solar panel installers to hire justice-impacted trainees for high-skill living-wage jobs. Through the Scholars program, Sanjeev plans to launch an initiative to build a community of students to offer vocational operations and financial training to formerly incarcerated citizens in Chicago's South Side. He plans to use the Scholars program to practice values-based storytelling and expand his network to establish a sustainable corporate hiring blueprint that ensures formerly incarcerated citizens thrive within the emerging AI and tech economy.
