Juliet Rowe is the Director of Development at OneGoal, a national education nonprofit dedicated to closing the opportunity gap for students from underserved communities through professional mentorship and postsecondary support. She leverages her development background to build sustainable, cross-sector partnership frameworks that align public education, nonprofits, and corporate networks to bridge the social capital gap. Building on her track record of launching the inaugural OneGoal Career Expo, connecting Chicagoland high school students with corporate networks, Juliet focuses on expanding collaborative models that connect first-generation talent directly with private industry and emerging Midwest labor markets. Through the Scholars program's systems-mapping tools and interdisciplinary network, Juliet plans to build sustainable, multi-state systems that align regional industries with first-generation talent across the Midwest.
