Zachary Levy is the special missions, AI & data strategy lead at Accenture Federal Services. Zachary has experience as a national security and technology leader across military, government, and commercial sectors. His career spans service as a U.S. Border Patrol Agent and active duty Army and Joint Special Operations information warfare assignments. Following medical retirement, he drove defense innovation and technology commercialization. He recently served at the Defense Innovation Unit as the Commercial Executive for the Cyber and Telecom Portfolio. Zachary has strengthened how the government adopts advanced technology by building public sector teams at dual-use AI companies, securing initial federal contracts, and helping transition emerging technologies from research and development into operational use, including securing a United States Special Operations Command Program of Record.
