Sherra Bennett is the senior program officer at the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation and the Arkansas co-chair at the Delta Philanthropy Forum, where she leads community-centered strategies that advance opportunity for ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) individuals and families, particularly in rural and under-resourced communities across Arkansas. She launched the Thriving Communities Initiative, securing over $2.4M in grants and delivering over 2,200 hours of technical assistance to strengthen rural municipal and nonprofit capacity statewide.
