Khalil Thompson is the founder and executive director of Win With Black Men, a national civic engagement organization focused on civically empowering and uplifting Black Men. Since launching the organization in 2022, he has built programs across 18 states, registered more than 35,000 Black Men to vote, organized 39 barbershop conversations across 11 states, and led a national convening of 54,000 Black Men that raised $1.4M in six hours.
