Priscilla Matthews is focused on the intersection of climate-induced migration and Indigenous human rights. As an intern in the Keiki Caucus of the Hawaiʻi State Legislature, Priscilla identified policy gaps to help increase the rights and protection of foster children in Hawaiʻi.
