Adrian Jay A. Manalang is committed to designing resilient infrastructure that protects both communities and natural resources from the impacts of climate change and rising sea levels. As a member of the Society of American Military Engineers, Adrian is learning how to apply civil engineering techniques to reduce the impact of earthquakes and other natural disasters.
