Christina Walker is dedicated to eliminating education, employment, and communication barriers for the Deaf community by standardizing public policies that protect accessibility. As an intern with the Governor’s Equity Office, she supports language access initiatives to improve equitable communication in public services. Through this work she hopes to deepen her understanding on the practices necessary to create more inclusive communities.
