Mikayla Ssemakula is dedicated to advancing health care equity and patient-provider trust by implementing culturally responsive care and innovative delivery models within underserved communities. As an associate youth pastor, Mikayla mentors newly arrived Ugandan youth as they transition to life in America, and as an intern for ElevateMed, Mikayla has focused on supporting the next generation of health care leaders.
