Mackenzie Santos

Mackenzie Santos is passionate about children’s advocacy law and improving the ways in which legal systems provide support for vulnerable youth experiencing instability. As a Legal Access Intern at the San Diego Family Law Facilitator and Legal Research Assistant at USD Law’s Children’s Advocacy Institute, she gained skills in trauma-informed advocacy for minors and worked with dozens of litigants attempting to petition the courts on behalf of their children’s well-being.
