Parity creates upfront demand for affordable homeownership opportunities by opening up pathways for existing residents and social collectives to purchase formerly abandoned homes as a means of community-building and wealth-building. Her organization leverages storytelling and taps into social networks to make her majority Black homebuyer base financially prepared and invested in the social fabric of the neighborhood. Prior to launching Parity, she had a successful career in finance, alternative investments, capital raising, and predictive analytics.
