Tinoda is the founder of Vakoma Trust. Vakoma is a registered trust which works towards the development of youths by offering different educational training packages. She aims to bridge the gap between students in marginalized areas and lack of information with regards to education. Tinoda engages in motivational speaking, career guidance, and leadership training to these students and aims to assist them in sustainable income generating projects.
