Mokgadi is the CEO and co-founder of Triple Shine Microfranchise Ventures, where she trains and empowers unemployed rural and township women and youth through the provision of affordable turnkey business opportunities that will financially sustain them. Through her work, Sharon envisions a South Africa with socially inclusive scalable businesses like Triple Shine that provide employment opportunities for people at the bottom of the economic pyramid.
