Regina is motivated by helping people reach their potential. She likes to create meaningful connections with others and help them break down limitations. She is fair, just, and empathetic, and believes in peaceful reconciliation. Regina has a background in food manufacturing, systems, and quality assurance, but is currently in the entrepreneurial and enterprise development space where she is involved with incubator and accelerator programs for startups in the different sectors of a.o. EdTech, ICT, Engineering, BioTech. She is experienced in supporting startups by evaluating them and creating impact reports for programs. She is also passionate about educating and building women, in a physical, emotional, and digital space, the reason why she co-founded Future Females.
