Jarius Andrew Greaves
Liberia
Jarius is a Liberian and African youth development worker with over 10-years of experience in local community and youth engagement and empowerment, entrepreneurship, education, youth policy advocacy, negotiations, and monitoring and evaluation. He’s founder and executive director of Youth Network for Reform (YONER-LIBERIA); Liberia’s first hybrid youth-led development organization, established in 2008 principally to reunite communities and civil war enemies by providing basic services and to support child soldiers and child victims of the war through development and empowerment programs. YONER-LIBERIA had already reunited communities and helped improve the lives of over 30,000 under-privileged and poverty-stricken youth and children. Jarius is a 2017 Alumnus of the US Department of State’s IVLP-2017 and a 2017 SDGs Unleash Global Top Talent. Jarius holds an associate degree in management and earns his Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration this August from the Stella Maris Polytechnic in Liberia.
