Francis Folley

Francis is the executive director for Youth Coalition for the Consolidation of Democracy (YCD, an organization aimed at youth-related civic engagement and promoting good democratic governance in Malawi. He holds a master's degree in public administration, bachelor's in political leadership and a diploma in philosophy.
