The Obama Presidential Center is almost ready to open its doors! This milestone belongs to the whole community, and we want to ensure our closest neighbors are part of the celebration.

Join us for a Community Meeting to get an inside look at our Grand Opening plans. We’ll be sharing a preview of the festivities and discussing how we can work together to ensure a smooth, celebratory experience for everyone in the area—including updates on local access and week-of logistics.

  • In Person: Monday,  May 18, at Hyde Park Academy from 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm CT

    • Doors open at 5:30 pm

    •  Hyde Park Academy High School, 6220 S. Stony Island Ave.

  • Virtual:  Wednesday, May 20 , via Zoom from 6 :00 pm - 7:15 pm CT

Both meetings will include the same information.
