Kevin Ha is the founder and executive director of Asian American Dream, a nonprofit that empowers underserved first-generation Asian American and Pacific Islander undergraduates through career-centric mentorship and professional development opportunities. Under his leadership, the organization has served more than 1,000 students to date and built strategic partnerships with major companies to source mentors from employee resource groups, enhance corporate DEI initiatives, and build pipelines of undergraduate talent.
