Jessica E. McClain is the chief financial officer at Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital, the largest Girl Scout Council in the country. She oversees the organization’s finance and accounting, risk management, property, product program, and business operations. She also uses her financial background to support several nonprofit boards and accounting committees and mentor students. As an executive at Girl Scouts, Jessica plays an important role in empowering girls through transformative education and leadership opportunities.
