Royal Ramey

Royal Ramey is the co-founder and chief program officer of the Forestry and Fire Recruitment Program (FFRP), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to increase wildfire personnel from non-traditional and underrepresented communities, providing them with the training, skills, resources, and experiences needed to secure gainful and employment. Royal oversees the organization's Career Training Program, preparing participants for their personal and professional lives. Royal is passionate about breaking barriers in the fire service.
