Patrick Reid is the public policy advisor for the American Samoa Government’s Office of the Governor. In his role, Patrick is involved in public policy research and stakeholder coordination with numerous government departments to develop recommendations on issues such as COVID-19, climate resilience, substance use, and veterans issues. He is passionate about breaking down silos and finding solutions to historically systemic challenges impacting his community. He is also the founder of Pacific Global Citizens, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to make impacts through community service and civic engagement.
