Nick is a senior manager in talent acquisition for Amazon Web Services (AWS), the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud. AWS works to provide access and opportunities for people from underrepresented groups, including members of the military, to in-demand technical careers through upskilling and reskilling programs. Nick leads the organization’s Emerging Talent Pipelines, and his programs lead individuals to internships, apprenticeships, and direct employment opportunities across many technical job families throughout AWS. Nick is passionate about ensuring people in his programs can show up as their authentic selves and feel included in all that AWS has to offer.
