Macy Ferguson-Smit , MSW, LCSW is the senior advisor of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and Health Equity at Quincy Medical Group, a medical group prioritizing unparalleled care for all humans. Quincy Medical Group works to eliminate barriers and make health care accessible to the community. Macy leads the organization's DEI efforts internally and externally, building community and advocating for historically excluded populations. In their work as a therapist, Macy is passionate about creating space for all humans and provides gender-affirming care in her community.
