Kekoa Taparra, M.D., Ph.D., is a resident physician at Stanford Health Care in the Department of Radiation Oncology, where he is training to care for patients diagnosed with various cancers. Kekoa leads a lab of more than ten talented Pacific Islanders and allies that focus on Pacific Islander health. He is passionate about the health and well-being of his community and works towards mitigating the erasure of Indigenous people in health care research.
