Troy J.h. Andrade

Troy is a Law Professor and Director of the Ulu Lehua Scholars Program at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa. He believes that if students from underserved and underrepresented communities receive a legal education, then there will be more access to justice. Troy is passionate about lifting others up so that all communities can rise up.
