Tsholo is the Founder of Finance First Botswana, an organization that exists to promote financial literacy in Botswana. She is a champion of financial inclusion and economic empowerment. Through Finance First Botswana, Tsholo aims to use her financial and economic expertise to empower the people of Botswana. In 2016, she was selected by the World Economic Forum on Africa in Rwanda to sit on a panel that looked at the evolution of FinTech in Africa and how technology can be used to promote financial inclusion.
