Thandeka Xaba is the Founder of the Tariro Foundation, as well as a beauty tech startup called GlamAlly. She is passionate about social entrepreneurship and more specifically how business and innovation can be used to fast-track the empowerment of girls and women. The Tariro Foundation tutors and mentors high school girls through a three-year holistic program. GlamAlly is an on-demand beauty services platform that links beauticians seeking jobs to clients in their area. Thandeka is inspired by problems and people in her immediate surroundings. Her hobbies include running, music, and learning.
