Ruth Bolline Alouch works with state and non-state actors in various capacities of research, policy, programming, and education for stabilization of fragile countries in Africa. Ruth believes that stability and development in Africa can only be realized through responsive leadership that upholds the integrity and pursues excellence and inclusivity in decision making. She's passionate about conversations on Africa, mentorship, leadership, and governance. Bolline’s civic hero is Professor Funmi Olonisakin, Founder of the African Leadership Center.
