Kwadwo Lartey is the Chief Executive Officer of Kay-Adae Farms, a community based mechanized farming and agribusiness enterprise. Kwadwo is focused on making communities self-sufficient in providing food to its people by producing fruits and vegetables. He achieves this by providing market women within the community immediate access to fresh, organic, and cheaper produce while providing entrepreneurial support to help them maximize their profits. He is passionate about leveraging technology to solve social problems.
