Helene Manyi Arrey is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Change Engine, a Tech nonprofit harnessing data and technology to fight extreme poverty and improve the quality of life in Africa. As a tech evangelist, she believes that Africa is the region with the most to gain from the ongoing digital revolution and is convinced that technology has the power to revolutionize Africa’s narrative. Helene is committed to creating awareness, promoting multi-stakeholder collaborations, and building digital capacity so Africans can work together to create tailor-made solutions to Africa’s complex problems.
