Tinevimbo Matambanadzo
Zimbabwe
Tine is an altruistic, determined, young community leader in Zimbabwe. She is the founder of As I Am Foundation and Sexual Abuse Anonymous Zimbabwe. These community-based organizations work on sexual abuse issues, provide disadvantaged communities with skills-based training, and provide them with menstrual health education and sanitary wear. She is also the founder of Zimbabwe Endometriosis Support. Despite suffering from Stage 4 endometriosis and chronic pain, she has devoted her life to serving others in her community, and she is also a new author (at the age of 27) of a book called "Turning Pain into Power," and that is exactly what she strives to do and continues to do.
