Lea is a 26 years old woman activist working on youth empowerment, the access to education, and health rights of girls and youth in Madagascar. She also works on youth participation in decision and change-making in their communities and is an advocate for sexual and reproductive health and the rights of young people in Madagascar. She believes that things will be better in her country when empowered youth act and make things happen. She is the leader of a youth organization and attempts to model as a good example for her members by continuing to learn and improve her knowledge. Her mission is to build a better world by making a difference in the lives of others. Her work through volunteering or benevolent or even consultation is all about youth empowerment and motivates her to take action. She holds a master's degree on business administration.
